Recipe: one cup of almond milk (or any of your choice), one mango and one orange

This is an instant mood booster and a skin radiating portion. If you feel like you have been low on energy or your skin is beginning to look dull and tired this Vitamin C goodness filled healthy smoothie is what you need every morning.

Skinny smoothie

This nutritious smoothie is not only exceptional for your skin, the functioning of your brain but also really filling and great for weight loss.

Recipe: One glass coconut milk, One cup spinach, one avocado, one mango, one banana, one teaspoon flaxseed or chia seeds.

Not only is this a great option for breakfast, but it is also an excellent way to lose weight as coconut water is low in calories and filled with potassium and a great way to keep your body hydrated and for a youthful skin.
